BioDensity Increases The Density Of The Muscle Fibers By Multiplying The Number Of Myofibril Strands

BioDensity consists of four simple isometric exercises, with each exercise lasting 5 to 10 seconds. The user creates the force, a maximum isometric load.

BioDensity machines utilize what is called osteogenic loading (applying a load to your body that stimulates muscles that produce bone growth).

The stimulus occurs in the optimum position, and the load is self induced (your strength applies the load, as opposed to more load (weights) being added to your body).

Our muscles are made up of muscle fibers (sarcoplasm)…. and those fibers are made up of approximately 1000 to 2000 tiny little muscle strands called myofibrils.

In regular workouts, we increase the size of the muscle fiber (sarcoplasm) through multiple repetitions. With bioDensity, we are increasing the density of the muscle fibers by multiplying the number of myofibril muscle strands.

This type of muscle development is not only stronger, it is longer lasting.

BioDensity precisely measures, tabulates and records your session using patented load cell/software. Every session is recorded, compared and contrasted over time. Each user receives a Performance Report at the conclusion of the training session.

FAQ: Can’t I do this at the gym instead of using bioDensity?

ANSWER: No – You would have to be able to lift approximately 10 times your body weight, for long periods of time, in the perfect position, to even come close to the benefits of a bioDensity session performed just once a week.
